Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Communal Cleaner - to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Cleaning Team based at a large extra care housing site in Hull.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors to a high standard throughout the complex. This will be a Permanent Role of 12hrs, working 4 days per week on a 3hr shift from 1pm – 4pm on a 2-week rota which includes the following SET days :-
Week 1 Wednesday / Thursday / Friday
Week 2 Friday / Saturday / Sunday

Key responsibilities will include:

• Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
• Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
• Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• Clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces.
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins

Key requirements:

• You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
• Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the safety of the office staff
• Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety legislation is desired
• Please Note: As this role will involve working in Extra Care Facilities, confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
