Are you a cleaning whiz with an eye for detail? Do you take pride in making spaces sparkle and shine? Join Solid Clean Ltd as a part-time, self-employed End of Tenancy Cleaner! We’re looking for someone who can help us ensure properties are spotless and ready for new occupants.
What You’ll Do:

• End of Tenancy Cleaning: Transform entire properties to meet the highest standards required by landlords and estate agents.
• Deep Cleaning: Give the property a second once-over to make sure every nook and cranny is perfect.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Scrub and sanitize countertops, sinks, cabinets, and appliances.
• Oven Cleaning: Tackle grease and grime to leave the oven spotless.
• Fridge Cleaning: Defrost (if needed), clean, and sanitize inside and out.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Make bathrooms gleam by cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, tiles, and mirrors.
• Living Areas and Bedrooms: Dust, wipe, vacuum, and mop to create a fresh and clean environment.
• Windows and Glass Surfaces: Ensure windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces are streak-free and shining.
• Carpet and Floor Cleaning: Thoroughly vacuum carpets and mop hard floors, paying special attention to corners and edges.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Final Inspection: Conduct a final check to ensure everything is spotless and nothing is missed.
• Safety and Maintenance: Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in cleaning, especially end of tenancy or similar roles.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina for various cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and supervisors.
• Bonus: If you have a car and can drive, you’ll have a higher chance of being hired. Alternatively, you must be willing to relocate.

Position Details:

• Part-time role with flexible hours.
• Self-employed status required.
• Work is available on an as-needed basis.
• Pay: £13 per hour.
