Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, commercial spaces and hotels. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and guest rooms.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per established protocols.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Ability to travel around Buckingham areas
Skills
- Previous experience in cleaning is essential
- Be self employed as a cleaner
- Driving License
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and clients.
- Basic housekeeping is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
