In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to client care homes across the UK to conduct onboarding and implementation of the Care Vision system. This involves hands-on training and support to ensure care providers and staff are equipped to use the platform effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients, be willing to travel frequently, and have a flexible schedule with early starts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel across the UK to client care homes to implement and onboard the Care Vision system.
- Deliver face-to-face training sessions to care home staff, ensuring they are comfortable and confident using the platform.
- Work closely with clients to gather their specific needs and configure the system accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support during the initial stages of system usage, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with the internal Care Vision team to ensure seamless setup and follow-up after the onboarding process.
- Create training materials and guides for staff, as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with the client to address any concerns or questions post-onboarding.
- Proven experience in onboarding, client training, or customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems in a simple, clear manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, including early starts and occasional overnight stays.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with the care industry or care management systems is a plus.
- Previous experience working in the care or healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
- Proficient in using digital systems and devices, with a passion for technology.
