Doctor Aguilar is looking for a hard-working professional individual who can provide excellent customer service. The role requires you to be very well organised to ensure that the clinic can run as smoothly as possible. You will need to show that you are able to plan ahead and that you can maximise your time management skills. The knowledge and experience of being able to use different computer systems of such as word and excel is crucial to this role. You will also need to work with social media systems.
Job Type: Part-time

• Working hours: 18 hours per week – hours are variable.
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Job description

• Meeting and greeting all guests to the clinic and ensuring excellent customer care.
• Taking enquiries via email and telephone and converting these into consultations.
• Cleaning the clinic and front of house to make sure it is presentable, clean and hygienic for medical consultations.
• Ordering equipment and stock for the clinic.
• Liaising with the doctor and clinics to ensure that each day goes as planned.
• Opening, sorting and categorising all incoming information to the clinic and sending it to the appropriate people in a timely fashion.
• Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, telephone calls or other forms of communication.
• Using the company calendar to schedule appointments, meetings and any other events for the Doctor.
• Preparing files for the doctor’s clinics.
• Ensuring that all necessary paperwork has been completed and that all necessary signatures have been completed.
• Confirming appointments with patients prior to consultations.
• Assisting patients and clinic staff with any complaints or medical queries.
• Handling social media updates.
• Offering up to date information to patients about all treatments, products and procedures offered within the clinics.
• Complying with CQC guidelines and requirements in all aspects of clinic co-ordination, paperwork, communication with patients and clinic hygiene.
