We are looking for an External Communications and Marketing Manager to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft.

What will you be doing?
Working in the Brand, Comms & Marketing team, the External Communications and Marketing Manager drives the achievement of our external promotion strategy. The role is responsible for developing and promoting HFT’s brand awareness across all channels including recruitment campaigns, fundraising, paid digital social, PR and Media activities and events, playing a key role in the achievement of our external promotion strategy.
The role provides opportunity to develop strong relationships with media contacts, influencing at national and regional level by being the primary point of contact for all media and press enquiries to support our campaigns.
You will be involved in sourcing content that celebrates the amazing work of our organisation, ensuring all materials are compliance and accessible to our audiences. You will also be involved in researching demographic trends, impact assessments and producing analytical information on our external marketing performance.
If you have the ability to identify the news angle in any story, provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on key reputational and media issues, to influence our campaigns and want the chance to make a real difference to people's lives, we would like to hear from you!
