As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals within our community. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily activities, offering companionship, providing personal care, and ensuring their overall well-being. You will be a crucial part of our team, fostering a sense of belonging and enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Supporting clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Monitoring and administering medication as prescribed.
• Documenting client care activities and reporting any changes in their condition.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
