Job Overview:
As a Support Worker at Welcome Support, you'll cultivate meaningful connections and offer tailored assistance that respects everyone’s unique needs. Your role will be instrumental in promoting personalised care, well-being, and autonomy among those under your care.
Responsibilities:
- Travelling to multiple individuals homes
- Providing Personal Care
- Administering Medication
- Offering Support in the Community

- Prior experience of working in healthcare (though not mandatory)
- Familiarity with End-of-Life care support
- Possession of a current DBS clearance on the update system
- Strong communication skills
