Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator who excels at video production and live streaming to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging video content and hosting live streams that captivate and grow our audience across social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of current content trends, excellent on-camera presence, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
Responsibilities
1. Video Production:

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content (short-form and long-form) for various platforms (You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts aligned with our brand and goals.
• Handle pre-production tasks including scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, and securing necessary equipment.
• Post-production editing, including sound design, motion graphics, and color grading to ensure polished final products.
• Monitor and optimise video performance using analytics, adjusting strategies to boost engagement.

2. Live Streaming:

• Host regular live streams on platforms such as Tik Tok, You Tube, and Instagram, creating real-time interactive experiences with our audience.
• Plan and execute live stream events, including interviews, Q&A sessions, product demonstrations, or other live content.
• Monitor live streams for technical quality (audio, lighting, camera angles) and engage with audience comments and questions in real-time.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote upcoming live events.

3. Content Strategy:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video content creation, social media, and live streaming.
• Contribute to content strategy development, identifying opportunities for content themes that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with social media managers to ensure video content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
• Consistently brainstorm new and creative ways to create content, engage audiences, and promote brand messaging.

4. Analytics and Optimisation:

• Analyse performance data from video content and live streams to optimise for reach, engagement, and retention.
• Use audience feedback and data to inform future content development.
• Experiment with new formats, platforms, and techniques to find what resonates most with the audience.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in video production and live streaming (portfolio or samples of past work required).
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve).
• Experience with live streaming platforms (Tik Tok, You Tube Live, Instagram Live, etc.)
• On-camera experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and what content performs best on each.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Graphic design or animation skills.
• Experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording for professional-quality content.
