Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to provide high standards of cleanliness. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Birmingham. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.
You will be responsible for the management of a Grounds Maintenance / Cleaning Contract leading sub-contractors, an Assistant Contract Manager, 3 supervisors and a team of GM & Cleaning staff ensuring the highest standards are met and within budget. The role will involve all aspects of people management including recruitment, training, budget management, performance management, health and safety and managing client relations.
You will need to be highly organised with good communication skills and someone who can lead and motivate large teams to deliver high cleaning and facilities standards. If you are passionate about people and service delivery, then this could be the right role for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the provision of facility management services to the highest standards meeting client requirements and expectations within a multi-site facilities environment
• Ensure continuous improvement and growth whilst delivering the business objectives
• P&L accountability for multiple contracts
• Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders
• Ensure all duties and responsibilities are undertaken in full compliance of the relevant Health and Safety at Work Act

Key requirements:

• Multi-site Contract management experience preferably within social housing and GM management
• Experience of full profit and loss accountability
• Demonstrable track record of acquiring, managing and retaining facilities management contracts in a multi-site environment
• IOSH Managing Safely Qualification
• Fleet Management experience
• Full driving licence
