Job Title: CQC Registered Manager - Nurse

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting while ensuring compliance with CQC standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facility, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained
• Lead and support a team of medical and care staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the well-being of residents
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of clinical governance
• Implement and review care plans, carrying out assessments and supporting the individual needs of residents

Skills and Qualifications for this Registered Manager role:

• NMC registration as a Nurse
• Previous experience in a management role within a mental health care setting
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Required Experience

• Management role within a mental health care setting: 2 years (Required)

Day-to-day responsibilities of CQC Registered manager:

• Engage with residents and their families to ensure their needs are being met
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care
• Lead and support a dedicated team of medical and care staff
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and continuously improve standards of care
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health care and ensure their implementation within the facility
