Tasks and Responsibilities

The Creative Services Coordinator will be part of an entirely new Creative Services team, whose mission will be to produce high quality, impactful and on-brand creative and communications for use across Europe. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the team whilst developing great all-round marketing skills:

Working closely with the Head of Creative Services to manage our creative project management platform, Wrike, reviewing and monitoring projects from initial brief to delivery.

Managing the production workflow associated with creative development for assigned projects to meet deadlines.

Administering tools for the distribution of European marketing material and supporting the development of the European Sales & Marketing community.

Maintaining organisation of creative assets for easy identification by Marketing team members.

Writing high quality, impactful communications for DHL customers and our internal Sales & Marketing community, whilst adhering to brand guidelines.

Understanding campaign objectives and contributing creative concepts, ideas and approaches by collaborating with internal clients and colleagues.

Supporting the graphic designers with their creative output, while developing your own skills with tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

Supporting the specialist AV Producer / Digital Developer with their creative output, while developing your own skills with tools such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Working with internal clients and outside vendors to develop and produce a wide range of creative materials.

Obtaining quotes from multiple vendors – with ability to evaluate and make recommendations.

Your Profile - Skillsets and Attributes

1-2 years experience in Marketing, ideally in graphic design and/or video editing, with the potential to develop.

A relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia) and/or professional qualification (e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Society of Designers) would be preferred

Project management experience; manage multiple projects simultaneously often under tight deadlines.

Proficient in English with additional European languages a significant plus

Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

Able to interact, communicate and present ideas to teammates and managers

Current with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier and or i Movie).

Desirable: experience within a corporate in-house creative department, or equivalent experience working on global brands agency-side
