Tasks and Responsibilities

The Video Producer and Digital Developer will be a key part of an entirely new Creative Services team. In collaboration with a specialist Graphic Designer, this individual will provide creative support to various departments within DHL Express, producing high quality, impactful and on-brand creative and communications for use across Europe. This individual will focus particularly on videography, video editing and web design whilst managing a busy content schedule, juggling simultaneous projects ensuring the delivery of high quality content against tight deadlines.

Work with internal clients and outside vendors to develop and produce a wide range of creative materials.

Interpret and work creatively within DHL brand guidelines.

Collaborate with internal clients and colleagues to ensure that deadlines are met.

Develop and manage a creative project from initial creative brief to implementation with little supervision.

Manage the production workflow associated with creative development for assigned projects while adhering to timelines.

Maintain organisation of creative assets for easy identification by Marketing team members.

Obtain quotes from multiple vendors – with ability to evaluate and make recommendations.

**Please note preferred candidates would be located nearby DHL Express Southern Hub, Colnbrook, however willing to consider applications around East Midlands Airport.**

Your Profile - Skillsets and Attributes

A relevant degree (e.g. Audio Visual, Film Production, Multimedia) and/or professional qualification would be preferred

3 – 5 years’ experience as a video editor

Proficient in English with additional European languages a significant plus

Current with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier and or i Movie)

HTML experience a must, and experience with Share Point would be a big plus

CSS and Java Script a plus

Experience within a corporate in-house creative department, or equivalent experience working on global brands agency-side

Experience with live streaming is ideal

Experience in managaing multiple projects simultaneously often under tight deadline

Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

Demonstrable video editing/film-making skills with a strong portfolio

Confident with the ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to teammates, managers and executives.
