Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and driven videographer with strong video editing skills and a passion for social media to join our team. This is a remote role; however, candidates must be based near our head office in Somerset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from conceptualization to broadcasting, to aid in driving growth and engagement across our social media channels, with a focus on You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Video Production: Develop creative concepts, plan and execute video shoots, edit footage, and manage the final broadcast across social platforms.
• Capture high-quality video content for product showcases, company videos, and case studies, as well as content tailored to social media platforms.
• Product Photography: Produce high-quality product photography to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop fresh, engaging concepts that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
• Video Media Strategy: Lead the growth of our You Tube channel, with responsibility for creating and implementing strategies to increase subscribers and engagement.
• Create platform-specific video content for Tik Tok, You Tube, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring adherence to the latest trends and best practices.
• Conduct interviews and produce case study videos to highlight customer experiences and company success stories.
• Operate video equipment, ensuring the highest standards in lighting, sound, and framing.
• Manage video and photography assets, ensuring files are well-organized and accessible for future use.
• Track and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in videography or a similar creative role, with strong video editing capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage the entire production process, from concept to final broadcast.
• Experience in running and growing You Tube channels, with in-depth knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices.
• Expertise in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in photography techniques and video storytelling, with an eye for detail in product photography.
• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices, particularly on Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and Facebook.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Capture One) is a plus.
• Social media and creative strategy experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A background in journalism or similar fields is a bonus.
