Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the supplement market (animal or human) to drive the growth and positioning of Pro Dog’s dog supplements. This role will involve crafting, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and achieve high ROI on marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Formulate and own the growth strategy for Pro Dog’s dog supplements, with a focus on positioning our products as market leaders.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across social media, search, and video channels, ensuring they deliver positive ROI and align with brand objectives.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to inform and adjust the marketing strategy.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and videographers to develop compelling content that engages and educates our audience about the benefits of our supplements.
• Budget Management: Oversee and optimize marketing budgets for maximum efficiency and impact.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, adjusting tactics as needed for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Supplement Industry: Proven track record in marketing for a supplement brand (human or animal) is essential.
• Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, with an emphasis on social, search, and video channels.
• Campaign Management Skills: Ability to run and optimize campaigns independently, ensuring positive ROI and measurable results.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
• Creative & Collaborative: Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to work closely with content and design teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Driven & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving ambitious growth targets.
