• Effectively monitor and implement Risk Business Model by agreeing prompt limit decisions, monitoring and providing quality communication within agreed service levels so that all other LBU’s receive a quality limit service.
• Assess credit limits consistently and correctly within prescribed times in order to ensure renewal, new business targets and loss ratios are achieved.
• Provide a pro-active service level to a dedicated customer portfolio according to PH classification.
• Monitor risks in accordance with Group Quality Standards so that loss ratios are managed within budget.
• Proactively reassess business procedures and recommend changes on an on-going basis to reduce costs and improve customer service.
• Meet clients, buyers and brokers in order to keep loss ratios to a minimum, maximise cover and ensure renewal and new business targets are achieved.
• Support commercial in steering customer loss ratio and implement actions necessary to ensure or restore profitability of portfolio.
