Customer Contract and Billings Assistant
Overview:
The Contracts and Billing Assistant is responsible for guiding customers through initial financial onboarding. The role aims to reduce the impact of late/nonpayment of invoices on the company cashflow. The position will address any financial and contract queries/obligations at onboarding and secure all best points of contact for seamless process.

We are a leading Environmental Health consultancy, and for over 20 years, have been focused on making Every Day Safer. We work with a wide range of businesses across Hospitality and Retail, providing services from Fire Safety to Safety Consultancy project management. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage customer contract lifecycle with a focus on effective setup
· Maintain accurate and up to date records of contracts
· Co-ordinate with relevant departments to onboard new customers
· Manage and set up billing cycles to ensure timely payment
· Generate and distribute invoices
· Resolve invoice queries promptly
· Co-ordinate with credit control team to administer on hold accounts
· Serve as primary customer point of contact for billing enquires
· Support implementation of credit control/financial processes
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
· Experience dealing with customers and a true customer focus
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Excellent planning and multi-tasking skills
· Process driven
· Computer literate
· Ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
