As a Customer Liaison Officer (CLO), your role will include:

• Demonstrating our solution and the benefits that it provides to them and their students.
• Visiting our customers to understand how they operate and how Databridge can support them, and providing on-site and teams-based training to staff.
• Training new and existing customers to become expert users of our product.
• Collaborate with the wider Databridge team to agree improvements and updates to our product based on customer feedback.
• Host discussions with customers, listening to their feedback and reporting this back to the team to make ongoing improvements to the system.
• Creating and developing training guides in various formats.
• Presenting at conferences and staff training days, with audiences ranging anywhere from 10 – 100+ individuals.
• Identifying opportunities for us to support new clients as your experience of the industry grows.

We will support you as Customer Liaison Officer in this role by:

• Providing all required equipment
• Provide all required training, sometimes face to face at customer facilities and sometimes on-line.
• Providing ongoing contact with colleagues during work-from-home days.
• Re-imbursing travel expenses and all work-related costs.

The successful candidate will be:

• Interested in education and the support of others
• Capable of becoming a passionate advocate of our solution
• Able to multi-task effectively
• Able to demonstrate attention to detail, recognising the sensitive nature of data
• Personable and approachable, who enjoys building relationships
• An excellent communicator with strong problem solving skills
• Demonstrate basic IT literacy
• Flexible and self motivated, the role requires approx. 50/50 split between visiting customers (all UK-based) and working from home
• Confident and ambitious
• In possession of a full-UK driver’s license
• Preferably have Customer Service experience

Salary/Benefits:

• £24,500 basic salary per annum – this is subject to review after a 6 month probation period

The CLO’s typical working schedule is 9 – 5 Monday to Friday, plus such time as is necessary to adequately fulfil the requirements of the role.
