They’re looking for an ambitious Customer Implementation Consultant to join their existing team, which operates with customers across Europe, the United States, and Australia.

About the Role:
As a positive and confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner, you will be the first point of contact for many prospective customers seeking tech-led solutions to their challenges. As part of the customer support team, you will play a key role in handling customer onboarding and resolving queries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training for new customers during the onboarding process
- Handle inbound support calls, answer webchats, and respond to tickets
- Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, webchat, and online user support
- Escalate issues and record customer data accurately when needed
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and training sessions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services
- Meet call time and upselling targets, using a soft sales approach to identify growth opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
- Driven and proactive – Able to work independently and is determined to succeed (essential)
- Organised – Manages diaries, phone systems, and updates records with great attention to detail (essential)
- Resilient – Stays calm and professional when handling volume calls and challenging customers (essential)
- Personable – Shows empathy and remains composed under pressure (essential)
- Tech-literate – Basic understanding of Android, i OS, and Windows OS, familiarity with Google Suite, and awareness of CRM systems (preferred, not essential)
