The Role
We are looking for an extraordinary individual with a passion for jewellery and providing exceptional customer service. This role will be based from the operations department in the prestigious Birmingham Jewellery Quarter.
Responsibilities
  • Influence and increase sales in a one to one selling environment
  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs
  • Learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Operating the system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
  • Diamond, gemstone, and precious metal jewellery product knowledge
  • Day to day tasks will be providing advice on products, completing sales, negotiating upgrades, admin roles and handling customer service enquiries.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience working in customer service or customer experience position
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery, with diamonds is advantageous
  • Experience handling high volume calls and emails
  • Ability work in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines without dropping the high standards we maintain
  • Working knowledge of basic computer software packages (excel, word, outlook) and Gmail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A “ can do attitude” at all times
  • Highly organised, ambitious and able to work to company guidelines
  • Professional, polite, friendly and tactful approach
