Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential (training provided).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
