Customer Service Advisor Invasive Weed

The Grounds Care Group is an established fast paced Grounds Maintenance, Gritting and Invasive Weed Management Company working with multiple multi-sector clients across the UK.
Our business is growing and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Invasive Weed team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client enquiries through all client service channels.
- Resolve customer enquiries by investigating and finding appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Analyse customer feedback and identify trends to allow for business excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using a CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
