Customer Service Advisor ( Warranty)

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, You will be working in Lazer`s Sales Team, with primary responsibilities for order taking and processing and dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, via email, or online. This role is a hands-on role, and we estimate an 80/20% split between the desk-based and warehouse interaction requirements of this role.
The core activities will include
- Handling customer orders received by phone, email, or social media and overseeing seeing them through to dispatch.
- Loading customer orders onto the Sales and Inventory Management Software (Unleashed), and printing shipping labels.
- Supporting the Field Sales Managers
- Being a point of contact for customer care
- Leading and resolving any challenges customers may have
- Ensuring all customers are communicated with correctly and promptly by the appropriate person
- Keeping in touch with customers, making sure all queries are resolved and any aftercare issues are dealt with promptly
- Answering questions from customers about Lazer Lamp products via the phone, onsite or at tradeshows
- Supporting with Stock Taking activities, especially on Accessories.
- Pulling together and formatting sales data for the Sales and Marketing Director to support business strategy and planning.
- Warranty administration.
The Candidate
Will ideally be a highly motivated individual, who is confident and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills. Working independently the candidate will be expected to manage their own workload whilst also working as part of a team. Will have the right to work in the UK and reside within 1 hr travel of our UK HQ.
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Experience within a similar role/environment
- Experience in customer relationships,
- Microsoft Office proficiency (excel mandatory).
- Sales and marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment, would be advantageous.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively structure your own day, are essential, as is an
- ability to learn quickly and retain the knowledge of both our customers, products, and the systems we operate.
- very high attention to detail is essential for the role.
- Excellent telephone manner
· Fluent English is essential, with any other languages being advantageous.
Preferred:
- Experience in handling difficult customers
- A Keen interest in manufacturing or automotive
Hours
Mon-Thur 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch break.
Fri 8am-3:30pm, 45min lunch break.
Location:
This role is based full time in our plush well equiped new factory and offices in Harlow

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
