Customer Service Apprentice

One of the UK’s leading suppliers of two-way radios, Apex Radio Systems Ltd, is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join their team as a customer service apprentice in their Gateshead office. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Apex is looking for an apprentice to work in their Gateshead based Service team - and with their Engineering, Marketing & Sales departments in Cardiff & Teesside.
The successful candidate will be:

In 2018, they opened a further office in Teesside to deal with further expansion in the business. In 2023, Apex moved their Head Office to a riverside building near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.
Apex provides communications solutions across the whole business spectrum, and in the fast-moving world of today’s business, two-way radio communications play a crucial role in the safety and welfare of people.

- Assisting with office housekeeping duties.

- Computer literate and confident using the telephone.

- Able to take initiative and be actively involved.
- Flexible to different tasks as and when required.
- Reliable and punctual, with strong attendance and work ethic.
- Extremely organised and capable of planning their own workload and assisting with colleagues' work planning.
