Daytime - 08:00 - 15:00, 09:00 - 16:00
Evening - 15:00 - 22:00, 16:00 - 22:00
Night - 22:00 - 08:00

What is the Role?
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service. Your tasks will include:

• Advising customers on the tanning options and appropriate lotions.
• Upselling tanning products.
• Building rapport with our customers.
• Serving refreshments.
• Cash Handling.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring the venue is clean and welcoming at all times.
• You will split your time between Santa Cruz Tan and Victory Casino Slots.

Who are we looking for?

• An interest in beauty / tanning would be advantageous but not essential.
• An outgoing person with the ability to greet our customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Someone who is well presented with good timekeeping and attendance.
• We operate 7 days per week therefore the ideal candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable.
• Able to follow direction and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Must be over the age of 18
