Customer Service Coordinator
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will oversee customer service operations, manage client inquiries, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams. You will be responsible for tracking service requests, scheduling, and ensuring that clients receive timely and efficient support. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will oversee customer service operations, manage client inquiries, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams. You will be responsible for tracking service requests, scheduling, and ensuring that clients receive timely and efficient support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track and manage service requests, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and in line with company policies.
- Schedule and dispatch service calls, following up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on customer service performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or coordination role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
