Customer Service Representative

Your Role in the Team
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also assisting with sales. This hybrid role involves both supporting our clients with their inquiries and helping them discover the products and services that best meet their needs. You will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and ensuring their experience is seamless and positive.
Your Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Sales
  • Assist customers with their inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide solutions and offer additional products or services to meet customer needs, creating opportunities for upselling.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and aim for a positive resolution.
Sales & Engagement
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through customer interactions, promoting products and services that best suit their needs.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings and how they benefit from them.
  • Assist in meeting personal and team sales targets through ethical, customer-focused selling.
Team Collaboration & Administrative Tasks
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistency in messaging and to support joint sales goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service and prompt order fulfilment.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a passion for sales and service. We are looking for someone who:
  • Has full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Has some experience in customer service or sales, though we’re happy to provide training.
  • Is confident in engaging with customers and able to present solutions that align with their needs.
  • Has a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in delivering the best experience for customers.
  • Is familiar with CRM systems or similar software (desirable, but not essential).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,611.00 per year

Education:
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
