As Customer Service Specialist, you will build sustainable relationships and engage customers by offering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and make internal and external calls, clearly relaying information and answering queries
• Communicating with customers to give the best possible outcome
• Placing new orders on internal system
• Appropriately dealing with queries/complaints via the telephone and email, escalating where necessary
• Provide advice and technical assistance relating to products whilst providing an excellent customer service experience for our customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience of dealing with customers
• Word/Excel/Outlook
• Pass and above for English/Maths GCSE or CSE
