Summary:
We're looking for a tech savvy Customer Success Executive to join our team at Stok.ly. Our software is sold as Software as a Service (Saa S) from the cloud.
An office based role in our Cheltenham office, you will be working within the Customer Success team, focused on dealing with customer queries, supporting the on-boarding of new clients, testing new features on our software prior to release and extensive use of our Stok.ly software, providing feedback to the developer team.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a smooth onboarding experience and are successful in using our platform. You should be comfortable working with APIs and have a strong understanding of Saa S environments.

Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our platform's features and capabilities.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Stok.ly.
- Product Knowledge: Be an expert in all Stok.ly’s offerings, being able to explain this to customers of all expertise levels.
- Product Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing them with the product team to inform future development.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills and comfort working with APIs.
- Saa S Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Saa S environment, ideally in a customer-facing role.
- Self-starter: Comfortable in just getting on with it.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Customer Focus: A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Experience with Stok.ly's platform or similar tools.
- Knowledge of the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
