We are recruiting for a number of new roles within our established Dairy team.
BACK/LATE SHIFT - £11.44 per hour 26% shift premium. We operate 4pm-2am on a 10 hour shift, 5 over 7 nights with 2 nights off.
Based in our Dairy Manufacturing area we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience of working with a food background.
Key Tasks:

• Responsible for delivering the daily manufacturing plan ensuring food quality and health and safety are the forfront of all we do.
• Check and sign off all documentation daily, making sure the correct documentation is being used.
• GMP, is a constant, nothing less is acceptable. Lead and drive GMP.
• Always ‘Audit’ ready.
• Continuous improvement – Working with your team and through the involvement of your team, deliver high standards in the environment and look for ways to improve culture and behaviour of people and all we do.

Experience / Qualifications:
Food Hygiene Level 2
Essential
Basic Food Hygiene experience
Good Literacy & Numeracy skills
PC literate
Understanding of HACCP
Desirable:
Previous Dairy / Cheese Industry experience
HACCP
