Freelance Dance Teacher
Vi Be Dance Warrington are seeking a well-experienced dance teacher to join their ever-growing team at their Warrington studio starting Thursday 10th October 2024.
Role Description
This part-time & on-site role as a Freelance Dance Instructor involves, creating competitive choreography for 2 of our competition squads our Didi Divaz age 6-8yrs and our senior squad 14-17years.
The role will need a very strong candidate who is well-experienced with competitive choreography, has very strong skills to be able to create advanced pieces ready for nationwide competitions and must be able to work towards strict deadlines.
Also, there are numerous teachers throughout our dance school so always scope for extra hours taking on holiday cover or potentially more classes in the future.
Qualifications

• Experienced technique in various dance styles such as commercial, streetdance or hip-hop.
• Experience in choreographing/teaching competition pieces and working towards strict deadlines.
• minimum of 2years experience teaching dance to children of various ages.
• Enhanced DBS checked
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students.
• Passion for teaching and motivating students to reach their full potential.
• Local to Warrington area preferred but not essential if you have own vehicle.
