A Demi Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other, you will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour.
As a PIG Demi Chef de Partie you will assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing one of our 4 sections, which is likely to change so you are able to experience all sections.
We want our Demi Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about fresh local food as we are.
You will need to have an understanding of food safety regulations, food preparation skills and c.ooking experience.
