As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:
- Preparing ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and preparation standards
- Work as part of a team to prepare food for our restaurant, bar/lounge, room service and banqueting operations
- A warm, people-orientated demeanor
- A team player attitude
- A proactive, problem solving approach to work
