About the role
As a Deputy Manager, you do more than a job – you change lives.
· The role of the Deputy Manager is crucial to the Home's success, as they assist the Home Manager in addressing all resident and staff requirements.
· A Deputy Manager will aid the Home Manager in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, staff, and visitors.
· Drawing from deep experience in the care sector and robust people management abilities, the individual must demonstrate their dedication to upholding the Trust's values and objectives.
· Our Deputy Manager must also collaborate proactively with the Home Manager to pinpoint and deliver new strategies, aiming for the home to achieve a 'good' or higher rating from the CQC.
