Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have business and functional knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Strategic Pricing software. You will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs specific to TPM and Strategic Pricing. Your role will involve creating comprehensive solutions from feature summaries, working with stakeholders to ensure solution buy-in, and following a pragmatic value versus cost approach. You will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to align with overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to gain solution buy-in while ensuring the solution fits the need, following a pragmatic value versus cost approach.
Documentation: Write clear and complete Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on the feature roadmap and UI/UX designs
Wireframing: Craft low-fidelity wireframes to support solution design.
User Journey Visualization: Create visuals that illustrate easy-to-understand user journeys.
Requirements Management: Vertically slice features into user stories using the most pragmatic slicing methodology.

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for all changes you are responsible for, having a deep understanding of the why, what, and how.
Risk Assessment: Analyze product requirements from end to end to identify potential risks.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and UX designers.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sprint team and contribute to best practices.
Communication: Communicate clearly (written and verbal), including technical writing skills.

Required Skills

Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Domain Knowledge: Business/functional knowledge of Trade Promotion Management and Strategic Pricing software is preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL and database querying languages is preferable.
Experienced in Agile methodologies and delivering innovative products.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
