You will receive 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, contributions to our Group Pension Plan, Monday to Friday 9-5 working hours (with flexibility to start earlier) in a modern office environment, excellent staff facilities and regular social events.
The company requires a new team member working alongside the Product Data Manager to ensure our product portfolio is accurate in detail, up-to-date and the setup process streamlined for efficiency.
Role:
The candidate will be responsible for:

• Liaising with manufactures and suppliers to obtain their latest pricelists, data sheets, images, gaining awareness of new additions and product deletions.
• Determining which products are new/ while stocks last/ obsolete and prioritising which items to focus on.
• Entering data in Excel and Google Sheets ready for import.
• Update and manage product listings, including writing and optimizing descriptions, specifications, and uploading new images.
• Edit, resize, and crop photos for use on the company website and across social media platforms.
• Prioritize high-margin and best-selling items while managing workload to meet deadlines.
• Making sure the website product data is accurate and as beneficial as possible for consumers.
• Ad hoc duties relating to running a busy ecommerce business/ supporting other departments.

Attributes:
The candidate will possess:

• Basic experience with Photoshop or similar photo-editing software is preferred, though not essential, as training will be provided.
• Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the accuracy of product information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• The ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.
• Enjoy working with data and on computers.
