**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team in our pre-school age group. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with both children and parents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and development
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Manage classroom activities and routines effectively
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting assistant staff
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Ability to manage a room independently
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Drive to create a positive learning environment for children
