We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to take our email campaigns to the next level. If you have a passion for crafting compelling content, optimising campaigns, and driving engagement through email, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview:
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion. You’ll work closely with the creative team to engaging email campaigns that resonate with our audience and achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to support overall business goals.
• Plan and manage end-to-end email campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Analyse and optimise email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to continually improve results.
• A/B test subject lines, content, and email layouts to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, product) to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all email communications comply with legal regulations, such as GDPR.
• Monitor email list health and implement strategies for growth, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, strategies, and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Proficiency with analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
• Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of email regulations and deliverability best practices.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fashion retail but not essential
• Familiarity with automation workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and email design principles.
