About the role
Reporting to the EMEA Stock & Reporting Assistant Manager you will carry out the day to day stock and reporting administration task requirements of the Finance function, ensuring high quality work completed within relevant time frames.
Key tasks and responsibilities include;
· Assist the EMEA Reporting Analyst with regular EMEA reporting requirements
· Support the Finance team with export ledger processing tasks
· Invoice processing for UPS accounts
· 3-way matching of purchase invoices to purchase orders
· Carry out monthly stock reconciliations
· Assist with general EMEA Stock Reporting & Processes
· Stock costing and price list uploads for EMEA Sport and Golf
· Seasonal Landed cost rule deployment
· Supplier Statement Reconciliations
· Work with the EMEA Reporting Analyst to identify issues that require further analysis and assist with implementing appropriate solutions
· Assist with business unit managers’ reporting/analysis requirements as required
· In addition to these duties and responsibilities the jobholder may be required to carry out other tasks assigned by their manager

Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have/be;
· Spreadsheet and Computer skills, including advanced excel (essential)
· Ability to work without supervision (essential)
· Commercially astute with a high attention to detail
· Experience of producing reports and working with data (desirable)
· Stock Accounting experience (desirable but not essential)
· JD Edwards & Hubble Experience (desirable)
