Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lab operations, including instrument connectivity, data acquisition, flow, and storage management for global Pharma R&D.
- Drive and contribute to tech strategy by leveraging Io T, Mobile, Automation, and Cloud technologies.
- Recommend business process improvements and functional enhancements for lab technology solutions.
- Ensure lab technology solutions deliver expected value by leveraging knowledge in business process design, architecture, and change management.
- Support Product Owners and matrix teams in delivering transformational lab changes and promoting adoption.
- Maintain IT Security standards, manage governance, and support Networking and Firewall needs.
- Apply ITIL, Agile, and Dev Ops methodologies.
- Manage Linux-based lab systems.
- Proven experience in lab operations within a Gx P/non-Gx P Pharma R&D environment.
- Familiarity with IT Security, Networking, and Firewall standards.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile development, and Dev Ops.
- Linux experience is required.
Pay: Up to £80,000.00 per year
