Our London team are currently looking to expand as we look to further grow our presence within the EU markets, therefore we are looking to recruit multiple consultants into our Trainee Recruitment Consultant programme. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join the team, where you will be trained up from scratch to become a specialist recruiter in your market, no experience required!

The role itself:
Our London team specialise in the European markets recruiting within the IT and engineering sectors. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Whether that be developing new business with target clients in your market, building your own digital presence through social media, Linked In, phone calls & meetups, to sourcing the best candidates the market has to offer. You will build long-term relationships with both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process for all parties, becoming the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline.
