About the role
Are you passionate about the beauty industry and helping students achieve their educational goals? Join our team at the London College of Beauty Therapy as an Events Executive!
The primary aim of this role is to increase applicants and the conversion of these to enrolled learners to support our growth targets. Working closely with the Applicant Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the overall strategy to increase applications and conversion to enrolment, with specific responsibility for Open days, liaising with all internal depts to ensure a successful and smooth-running event leading to increased conversion, applicant days, online and external events.


About you

• You will have experience in a Marketing, or Events role and of working with a CRM system.
• You will have knowledge of social media platforms, and how to create direct mails and customer lists.
• You will need to be proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point, and have a technical understanding of Webinar software.
• You will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be outgoing and friendly.
• You will have a positive outlook and be a natural collaborator and team player.

Salary:
