We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Fundraiser to join our busy Fundraising Team. You will be working as part of the events team to implement Oakhaven’s calendar of events, providing and delivering high-quality organised events to maximise income, ensuring a high ROI and build awareness and understanding of Oakhaven Hospice.

Position: Events Fundraiser
Location: Lymington, Hampshire.
Hours: 30 per week to work flexibly across the week and available to work additional hours if needed to cover holidays and support with any functions & events.
Salary: £19,312.80 per annum

About the role:

• As an Events Fundraiser, you will be working with the events team in the delivery of high-quality organised events, generating income and awareness of Oakhaven Hospice.
• Log data and communications across all events on our CRM database, Raisers Edge.
• As an Events Fundraiser you will also undertake various administrative tasks from answering the phones, filing, replying to emails etc.

About you:
We are looking for an Events Fundraiser with…

• Ideally have Fundraising experience, however we will seriously consider anyone with proven organisiational ability or suitable transferable skills.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail, and with high standards
• Excellent timekeeping
• Excellent organisational skills and able to respond to changing deadlines professionally and efficiently.
