Pinnacle Group is looking for dedicated Factory Cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14.
Your role will be to handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, including cleaning of industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks
You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals. If you take pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment and have experience in industrial cleaning, we would love to hear from you.
This is a Full-Time Permanent role 37.5 hours per week and would be available to work days with variable shift patterns

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping, and vacuuming, to clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
• Cleaning in the following areas of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast
• Factory floor cleaning, Break out rooms including changing rooms and showers
• Use cleaning materials and equipment in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms

Key requirements:

• Good knowledge of standard operating procedures including COSHH
• Experience with working to tight schedules
• Physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment and chemicals
• High-Level deep Cleaning (working at height)
• Able to work in Confined Spaces
