Gaming Invest UK Ltd operate the premier family entertainment centre on Great Yarmouth's seafront, known as the Golden Nugget, Circus-Circus and Flamingo Amusement Arcades.
Overview:
We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented Arcade Attendants and Shop Assistants to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Successful applicants will be reliable, polite, friendly, sensible and able to work well as part of a team whilst under pressure in a busy environment. You will be expected to work to an efficient high standard and maintain good personal presentation and hygiene at all times.
Hours:
Hours will vary depending on your job role, but are normally between 16 - 40 hours a week, to include weekends (where required) and holiday periods. Hours do increase during the summer months and school holidays. Good time keeping and reliability is essential.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer services, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated area
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for prize shop assistant is a plus
