FINANCE MANAGER / MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Working closely with and supporting the CFO in our Media Agency based in Colchester.
Responsibilities include:

• Full preparation of management and year end accounts packs and supporting schedules / reconcilations
• Working with the commercial team to raise quotes/invoices and track work completion
• Cash management/forecasting including debt collection, payment run collation etc
• Management of supplier process including invoice authorisations and payments
• VAT return submissions and reconciliations
• Assistance with the year end budget process across the group including P&L, balance sheet, cashflows and KPIs
• Other duties as required.

Person specification:

• QBE or Qualified ACA/ACCA
• Accurate, self motivated, able to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail.
• Excel skills to include pivots, IF functions etc as a minimum.
• Previous experience of Sage.

Office based at our studios in Stanway, Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
