Precision Investment Castings Ltd, part of the Erlson Group is a manufacturing company specialising in steel and aluminium castings for the Aerospace, Defence and Oil & Gas Industries.

We are looking for a diligent, reliable and flexible individuals who is keen to become an integral part of our highly experienced manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut Off
· Remove ceramic coating from moulds using vibrating machines
· Remove casting from grids using cut off machines
· Store in tins.
· Complete paperwork.
Linishing
· Remove ingates from castings using linishing machine
· Remove to customer specifications.
· Store in tins.
· Complete paperwork.
Blasting
· Blasting castings to required specification using grit blast machines
· Complete paperwork
Fettling
· Remove flow lines/additional unwanted material transferred into metal.
· Complete paperwork
Setting
· Ensure castings are returned from any distorted processed state, to meet customer specification.
· Complete paperwork
Suitable applicants will:
· Be able to work under supervision as part of a team or on their own initiative.
· Be able to work to high production standards.
· Have excellent attention to detail.
· Be able to work at a fast pace with accuracy.
· Have good time keeping and be reliable.
· Be a good team player.
All training will be provided so what is more important is a can-do attitude.
Hours of work:
37 per week (early finish Friday)
Rotating shifts of:
Mon-Thurs 6am - 2pm, Fridays, 6am-11am &
Mon- Thurs 2pm - 10pm, Fridays 11am-4pm
While training (approx. 2 weeks) your hours will be:
Mon – Thurs 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with 30 minutes unpaid break
Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Salary:
£11.90 per hour with 10% shift premium increasing rate to £13.09 when working Shifts
Attendance Bonus - £12 per week
