Glencoe House Hotel is hiring a F&B assistant to join their team. This is a variable hour contract on a seasonal basis (March - October), and you will be working from 25 to 35 hours per week.

Where?
This position is based at The Glencoe House Hotel, in Glencoe. Glencoe House, built by Lord Strathcona in 1896, sits majestically overlooking Scotland’s most famous Highland landscape. Thestunning property has been lovingly restored and contains two distinctive concepts, both of which offer elegant but relaxed and sumptuous suites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve breakfast and dinner promptly.
· Greet and serve guests to the hotel’s standards by delivering exceptional service.
· Keep the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation through the department.
· Communicate with head of department & team and share feedback from guests.
· Always maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
