The role
Drimify is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front-End Developer with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect layouts and creating outstanding interactive experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our design team to translate mockups into visually stunning, user-friendly, and interactive layouts for both our website and our gamification platform. Your work will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our design and back-end teams, ensuring seamless integration and a smooth user experience across all platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces from design mockups, ensuring all layouts are visually accurate and adhere to the design guidelines.
• Create and maintain highly interactive and dynamic layouts for our website and gamification platform, working closely with designers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance, including implementing best practices in HTML structure, meta tags, and ensuring fast page load times.
• Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end code seamlessly and ensure a smooth user experience.

Role Requirements:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (SCSS, Angular Material, Tailwind CSS), and Java Script, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Experience with version control systems (GIT, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with front-end build tools, including npm and SASS.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to delivering high-quality work, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience using project management tools (Jira) and web-based applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc.).
• Knowledge of modern PHP development, with a preference for familiarity with Word Press and the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimisation techniques, such as image optimization, lazy loading, and minimizing render-blocking resources.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow within the team.
