The role
Drimify are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing all Drimify experiences to be intuitive and beautiful. We want people who want to deliver WOW. This role comes with a wide scope, and includes work on our platform, website, games as well as social media work such as branded assets, You Tube support, Podcast assets and more. This role is perfect for someone confident in design work across the whole stack, who can work closely with our existing Design Team, Software Engineers and Marketing Team.
Role Responsibilities:

• Enhance, refine and optimise our website design, focusing on intuitive user journeys and strategic layouts, to drive higher conversion rates and user engagement.
• Streamline our dashboard and creation interface to prioritise user-friendliness and efficiency, enabling users to effortlessly craft their gamification experiences.
• Create, innovate, and enhance our game UI and gamification experiences, ensuring immersive, engaging, and visually striking user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and developers, to maintain design consistency and relevance across all digital touchpoints.
• Prototype and validate design solutions using tools such as Adobe XD or Figma, with a dedication to pixel-perfect quality and the highest design standards.
• Continuously evolve our design systems and guidelines to ensure world-class UI outcomes.

Required skills:

• A compelling portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX/UI and graphic design not just research.
• UI experience is advantageous but not essential
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite.
• Attention to detail, with a passion for pixel perfection.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in the Saa S industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
